My name is Dean Simmer and I’m the guy behind DSimmer.com and the @mojodean Twitter account.  

I’m a 24 year old Michigander living in metro Detroit with my wife of two years, Giles (@Mrs_Mojo on Twitter).

 

My Blogs

I’ve been blogging in some fashion since 2003. I started with the high school geared Xanga network, followed by Blogspot, a hosted Wordpress site, and now the latest incarnation of DSimmer.com that is run by Drupal. I blog/write with some regularity at these venues:

DSimmer.com serves many purposes. What began as a simple way to journal became a way of communicating with family and friends. As my web interests developed, I began consulting individuals and organizations on a variety of technology topics. Today, DSimmer.com is intended to be a way of composing the many aspects of my digital life, including:
